The CEO of the Milarepa Foundation wrote to Dr Eve Parker congratulating her on her appointment to a 5-year post-doctoral position at the Department of Theology and Religion of the University of Durham in the UK. Dr Parker who completed her PhD at the Centre for the Study of Religion and Politics (CSRP) of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland conducted her doctoral research among women and female deities in India. She continues serving as General Secretary of the International Committee for Interreligious Dialogue and is a member of the Laudato Si’ International Group. The Foundation hopes that she will be joining members of the Foundation during the COP25 in Chile in December 2019. Let work begin! [see photo of Dr Parker in India]
