Pope Francis’ Apostolic Journey to Thailand and Japan

Milarepa Foundation and Laudato Si’ International await with great joy and expectation Pope Francis’ journey to Thailand and Japan that will start on 19 November (19-26 November). In Thailand Pope Francis will meet the Supreme Buddhist Patriarch of Thailand at Wat Ratchabophit Sathit Maha Simaram Temple (21 November) and will pay a private visit to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn ‘Rama X’ at Amphorn Royal Palace (21 November). In Japan Pope Francis will visit Hiroshima and Nagasaki delivering a ‘Message on Nuclear Weapons’ (24 November), and he will pay a private visit to Emperor Naruhito at the Imperial Palace (25 November).
